From his birth in Tel Aviv, Eyal Tiberger has grown to be the leader of the Jewish world's largest movement as he rose to become Director General of Maccabi World Union which has over 400,000 members in 80 countries worldwide.

Eyal oversees the World Maccabiah Games which has become the third largest sports competition in the world with over 10,000 athletes from 80 countries. It is also the largest Jewish-Zionist event in the world. The Maccabiah generates over $50,000,000 for the country of Israel.
